To show or to open hidden files on your computer, that is Windows 8 operating system, follow the instructions given below:
1. Click on Start button
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click on Folder Options
4. Click on the View tab at the top of the Windows (Folder Options).
5. Select Show hidden files and folders.
6. Click on OK
7. Now hidden files will be shown.
